Default how many ride year round?

Were looking at buying another vehicle and I kind of have my wife talked into me get a road king or street glide, but that means I'll have to probably ride year round, I live in Houston so it doesn't get that cold for too long, but I was just wondering how many guys actually ride year round and what part of the country do you live.

I ride pretty much year round.
But, I only live about 150 miles from you.
So, i'm not much help since we have similar weather.

About the only time I'm home to ride is in the winter. I live in the mountains of AZ and it gets into the teens. I have a cage but only ride my bike when I'm home unless there is ice on the road.

I lived in Seattle for many years and rode there year round. If you get the right gear it ain't so bad.

Whenever I can. Got some electric clothing on order, should increase my riding days a good bit.

No. I live in northern Maine, so no. I bought some heated gloves this year, but that still doesn't defeat snowfall every other day.

Winters here in central Ohio are not always like this year or the previous two. Ice on the road means no riding to me, but there have been many years where that only took a few days or weeks of riding away. My previous FLHR was bought in January of 1995 and ridden home that day (about 60 miles, it stayed around 40 degrees F. that afternoon though).

I live in West TX and I ride year round. Warm clothes make a world of difference.
