So after all your complaining on the open forum about them have you even tried to contact them to try and get a resolution for the mistake or are you just content with badmouthing them. Kind of seems like some cheap shots on your part.
I bought a flush mount axle from them for my 2011 18" front wheel conversion. The nut side was soo tight it can't fully seat. I hit it with a hammer a bit to help it(taped up thick) and it dented the hell out of it.
They sent me another one....but want this one back to try and rechrome it...Hmmm.

Did you read the entirety of all my posts or just pick out the parts you wanted to hear to take a shot at me? I emailed him on his advertised email address, it came back as undeliverable from my email server, twice. I emailed him through ebay, still waiting on a response.
yep I think you bought the parts , they might have been boxed wrong or missing parts or just sent you the wrong stuff , either way I think they are yours , on the returns a lot of ebay stores are like that because of there close profit they can not afford to keep taking stuff back just because some one changed there mind but most will take it back if it is wrong and they will send you the right thing , boy will I be glad when winter is over

Why not? You're missing out on a great place to find good parts as great prices. Sure you get burned every now and then but that's the way life is and there are ways to protect yourself from getting burned.

...and you're OK with that?
$20 bucks, well **** happens. If I got in my truck to drive to buffalo and get these parts at an HD dealership, I'd have that much or more into gas and a bite to eat just to get there and back. I don't go buyin stuff for thousands of dollars from someone with 0 or shady feedback. And there is always buyer protection, both from ebay and paypal.

Did you read my whole comment? "there are ways to protect yourself", use paypal and pay with a credit card. If you get burned and paypal won't do anything for you your credit card company will.
