I have one but not full length. I wear it from time to time. It cuts the wind and I will wear a fleece under it. It has kept me warm and dry.

I wear a short drovers oilskin coat with oilskin chaps to ride. My coat only comes down to my mid-thighs when I'm standing. It is great in the rain or over anot her coat on cold mornings or evenings.

I have one and have worn it on the bike. Mine is lined and does keep you fairly warm. The lower part of it flaps around in the wind and would do a relatively poor job of keeping you dry. There's much better rain gear available.
