When you are married, isn't all property considered owned by both? If so, She won't go to jail for breaking her own stuff. Probably the same reason why it is sitting the way it is vs. being fixed by insurance. If his "girlfriend" torched it: cops called and insurance claim filed, but your wife? It's just like her putting a brick through a window in your house or smashing dishes in the floor.
