I was at Langlitz Leathers the other day trying on some used jackets. Guy there told me that the front should be just short of where your torso bends to prevent it from bunching up like that. From the experts...
Looks too big to me.
Your jacket should fit tight. Especially around the wrist's & waist. You don't want it "riding up" in case you happen to be sliding down the road. If it does that, it's not doing what it is designed to do.
If you can push the sleeves up your arm or slide the waistband up, imagine what the asphalt can do with them at 45+mph.

Also like previously mention you do not want your jacket rolling up in a slid, also do under estimate the value of a good belt.
I'm with the two riders above. A tighter fit jacket will offer much better protection.
Jackets worn casually fit a completely different way.
You cannot argue the fact leather is nice and will save on the road rash. But I think there are way better jackets or suits for that.
I personally wear one for comfort and to keep warm and that means extra layers at times and extra room. In the summer is it jeans and a t-shirt. So decide what you are really wearing it for then the choice will be obvious.
By the way I had the same jacket and it did the same thing J But the nice part is I never had to worry about it riding up my back and letting the cold in going down the road.

As others have said, you're not going to get something off the rack that works. Get your jacket and take it to a leather shop to have it fitted for you. That's what I do and I end up happy every time!!
I think the whole jacket is too big for you ...the sleeves have folds in them, the shoulders look too wide and the body looks too long...try one size smaller...the jacket should be quite snug when new, or at least fit "perfect" ...if it feels too big now it will only get looser...
