Rode to my daughters to wash the bike--was dirty from the ride down from Orange City yesterday--I am a member of a group called The Patriot Guard Riders--I know we have other members in HD Forums--anyone from down Miami way??

Rode yesterday, started out in the mid 50s and warmed up in the high 70s. Rode about 200mi fun ride, had 13 bikes. Today is out it is raining here in S.W. La. Safe riding for those who can.

I did!, even though it is raining.
The OL was driving me nuts today, so I jumped on the bike and headed out. She though I was crazy to go out in the rain.
But it got me out of the house for awhile and then gave me and excuse to spend a couple of hours in the garage cleaning bob up
It is in the 70's & raining here today - but atleast it is not cold and snowing!

Rode up to the Patriot dealer in fairfax Virginia yesterday morning (Saturday) with the temp in the mid 30s I think.
Did a short ride this afternoon just before sun down. It's getting cool out there.

Worked a long day yesterday (Saturday) and didn't get much sleep last night.....
Ever sensed that you better take it easy and not do something stupid ?
Felt lousy after getting out of the shower and being on the bike was great,but felt like I couldn't concentrate and the roads were full of idiot weekend warrior cagers,so I packed it in after only about 20 miles....
Didn't want to do something stupid like drop my bike etc.... sometimes that little voice inside your head should be listened to.
All that said...the day wasn't a total loss.....saw a sweet Duece parked outside a bar with some wheels on it that I've been considering for my ride.Hadn't seen 'em in person,only online in pics and they looked perfect up close and personal.Finalized my wheel decision and made my weekend.
