"Thank you for taking the time to contact me, your views are greatly appreciated.
You will receive a response specific to your e-mail as soon as possible. I receive
a high volume of correspondence and it is important for me to take the time to
personally read and reply to every constituent. I have always believed that it is
important for me to listen to those that I have been elected to represent, which is
why I personally read and sign all of my legislative mail.Thank you again for contacting me and I look forward to your continued input".
LOL! Boy, really sounds like the "congressman" read YOUR letter! What a flippin joke those fuggers are eh?
Write him back and tell him he sucks and that you are going to show him how badly he sucks by not voting for him and getting as many others as you can to vote against him!
Got this email from my rep yesterday we should all contact or reps about H.R. 904:
Thank you for contacting my office regarding H.R.904. I appreciate having the benefit of your thoughts.
On March 3, 2011 Representative James Sensenbrenner (R-WI) introduced H.R.904 to prohibit the Secretary of Transportation from providing grants or any funds to a state, county, town or township, Indian tribe, municipality, or other local government to be used for any program to check helmet usage or create checkpoints targeting motorcycle drivers or passengers.
H.R. 904 has been referred to the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee where it awaits further action. While I do not sit on this committee, rest assured I will keep your thoughts in mind should this legislation come to the House floor for a vote.
Thank you again for contacting my office. It is my honor to serve as your United States Congressman. Your suggestions are always welcome, and if ever I may be of service, please do not hesitate to contact me.
