20k tensioners were wore !!!!
05 roadking syn.oil from day it left show room floor. The wear was there also they were pitted no excuse. I put in gear drives and elimated that ****.H.d. tells me to wait for 25k to 30k Iam glad I didnt listen.

FWIW, one of my tensioners was cracked at 30K. Gear drives worked for me, too, although there is apparently a potential problem with crank runout on the TC96's that negate the use of gear drives.
