My name is Cary and I'm an addicted part-aholic. Does it make it worse that mine's nowhere near paid off yet?
I spent about $500 this month, and found out last night we need a new hot water heater - but I'm broke....
Still cheaper than my former addictions - and a lot more fun...
Addicting it is. I have not yet had to install parts at work. However i couldnt get away with it anyway because the wife rides her own and would know the second she saw it.
I have found something that helps the addiction. BUY PARTS FOR 2 BIKES! THis helps spread the part buying. All it takes is convincing the wife that her Street Bob REALLY needs a new breather cover and exhaust, you know, so she can make it her own....I know she sees right through my addiction. But when i put the parts on hers she doesnt complain!
I am in the same boat. I have become so bad that the local dealership called me the other day to tell me they had just received a chrome front end and figured I would be interested.
I feel so sorry for those folks that buy the CVOs. They have nothing left to do
Heh heh , wait 'til you start stopping along the roadside whenever you see
a bike leaning up against a garage and you stop to ask if it's for sale ,,,,,,,
especially if it's not even a whole bike or a Harley ! lol
