The DMV says no, but as for me I think there is enough HD paraphernalia on my bike already.

Harley-Davidson/Share the road license plates

When you purchase special Harley-Davidson/Share the Road license plates, your fees include an annual $25 donation that provides funds for motorcycle, moped and motor bicycle safety programs and activities administered by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT).
The Harley-Davidson/Share the Road license plate was designed in collaboration with the Harley-Davidson Motor Company Styling Team. These special license plates display the words "Share the Road" to emphasize the importance of driver awareness to ensure safety among motorcycles and other motorized vehicles. Your annual donation will fund:
  • Grants for providing motorcycle safety training courses.
  • Evaluation of basic rider education courses.
  • Public workshops, rallies and programs focused on motorcycle safety and training.
Visit motorcycle safety for safety program information. Harley-Davidson receives no financial benefit from the sale of these plates.
Please note that these plates are not available for motorcycles; they are only available for autos, motorhomes and light trucks (see below).
Things you should know:

  • Harley-Davidson/Share the Road license plates feature regular numbers or a personalized message.
  • A $25 annual donation supports motorcycle, moped and motor bicycle safety programs and activities administered by WisDOT. The donation may be tax-deductible if you itemize your income tax returns.
  • A $15 fee is required when non-personalized Harley-Davidson/Share the Road plates are issued or reissued.
  • A $15 fee is required EACH year in addition to the regular annual registration fee and donation for personalized plates.
  • Per state law, only the following vehicles qualify for Harley-Davidson/Share the Road license plates:
    • Automobiles
    • Motor homes (annual registration only)
    • Motor trucks
      • 4,500, 6,000 or 8,000 pound gross weight including dual purpose farm and dual purpose motor home
      • 12,000 pound gross weight farm truck
  • For more information, visit personalized and special plates FAQs.

Maybe they should just try spending the money to broaden the availability of skill tests" appointments at DMV Only selected locations and very few days , like 2 or 3 times a month. "Public workshops, rallies and programs focused on motorcycle safety and training." You ever seen one of these? Would'nt do any good anyway the cagers are too busy talking on the cell phone, or putting on makeup, or keeping the kids in line The liberals in this state will end up putting the damn money any place they want, just like they have done w/ and will continue to do with other "ear marked" funds in the past. Hell maybe they won't even need federal funds for "motorcycle safety checkpoints" just fund them from HD license plates.
