need help asap !!!!!!!!!!!
riding to myrtle beach for bike week,staying at surfside beach Days Inn at least that's what we thought ,hotel just called may 11 @ 1 : 30 said the hotel was closing for the whole month of May I went off on this guy big time, booked hotel back in feb 2011.
can anyone help !!!!!!!!!!

Count your blessing when one goes down that hard their usually fighting a huge bedbug problem and losing , several big name hotel's in downtown San Fran dealing with it as we speak . If you've never had that little experience you'd be thankful they closed first .

Did they give a reason why they were closing? I assume they will be refunding 100% of your cash? I also agree with the post above, you probably didn't want to be staying at this place anyway. Either it's dirty, or the management sucks big time, or both. Honestly, considering the current economic times and gas pricesm you probably won't have too hard of a time finding another room. I was at Thunder Beach in Panama City Beach, FL a couple weeks back and saw a lot of places with vacancies. People aren't traveling as much anymore.
