Well now, I have a simple request for those of you going to the rally. Please take some pics of the fine Texas ladies to share with those of us who won't be able to attend. Thank you for your consideration and have a safe trip.
Can do. Staying on Club Row on the Parade Route with a bag full of beads.
Thinking maybe we need to come up with an idea for a meet & great at R.O.T.
Maybe meet up at the Paridise Bar for a couple of cold ones or something.
I'd like to leave Sat. morning, spend the night and leave Sunday. Can you just walk around, grab some food and shirts and just people watch or do you have to pay the $70 for that?

I will be there. This will be my 4th time. We won't be staying on the grounds because this year the space we stayed in will be some kind of vendor location. Oh well, I'll probably get more sleep if I'm not on the parade route.
I look forward to ROT every year because my father and I meet up with more of the family there and have a mini reunion. I'm counting down til we leave Thursday.
I am going, and its going to my first rally ever. I am heading down Thursday, and have a friends house to stay at. Do you guys have any suggestions on what to bring with me (besides a par of **** to show off...got that covered).
I was thinking about a cooler of beer on the sissy bar, and then figure out the rest.
How bad are the cops about pulling over bikes?
Should I worry about leaving my bike at the rally and taxing to my buddies house? Are there taxis out there?
Think I will stay home this time. $70 is a little more than I'm willing to pay for one day. I will wait about a month and go to the Black Gold rally in Goldsmith.

Your bike will be okay as long as it's inside the rally grounds. As far as the cops go, I've never had an issue with them, but I've never left the rally after drinking.
