Forgot to mention, the crotch cooler works like a damn dream.
Got done riding off the interstate at 80+ for about 40 miles, got to the stop light at the exit ramp, didn't feel any heat on my legs like I would have.
Send the wife an email and we will get to the bottom of this..Sorry bout the strike and when ever we ship to Canada we are not able to get any way to track delivery...what ever it takes we will make it right for you..

Okay! USPS dropped my crotch cooler off 5 minutes ago. It takes longer to remove the seat than it did to attach the cooler. It went on pretty dang easy. I expected some resistance because nothing goes on without a little effort. Hell, it took me longer to post this than to install it. I'll grab a pic when I can for you.
