Default Finally a nice weekend around here

Me and the woman took off for Indian lake (60 miles) for lunch and some sight seeing today and it felt great to be riding, with all the rain I was beginning to think there was not going top be a nice weekend this year. It would have been nice if we would had a decent spring but I am not complaining about the heat since its alot better then cold. This week I will have to detail the bike and with all the rain I am late getting my old cars ready to drive too.

I'm glad you're getting a chance to get out and ride. The weather in SoCal was also good this weekend. There were a lot of bikes out both Sunday and Monday. It was good to see.

Today was the FIRST day of the season that I was able to ride with a sleeveless shirt... it's been frickin' awful here all season! I still have 2,400 miles on the bike this year, but it's been a lot of cold weather crap. Just this Saturday, we rode to Prescott, WI hoping to go a little further into Wisconsin, but damned if the frickin' tornado sirens didn't start going off, and we had to speed south to try to route around the cells.

Hopefully, warm days are here to stay!

I kind of over done it and got burnt a little but needed to toughen myself up for the rest of the season.
