I can't even imagin paying that much money for a pickup truck. Especially a 2wd truck.
Run a '99 Ford F-150 supercab, 4wd with a 4.6 and a 5 speed. Bought it for 7k with 80k on it. I needed to spend 2 weekends spinning wrenches on some minor bullshit for it and it runs friggin great.
you guys must step away from the crack pipe ...............
I am getting 20 mpg and have great power I dumped my GMC 2500 (10 mpg on a good day) for my Durango it only got 18-20 mpg
the ford as I said get's 20 mpg and has all the room and power I need .
oh and it has not quite 90,000 miles on it and no front end problem and even has 20" wheels w/ wide tires and handles like a dream
I was a little sceptic about Ford front ends but they have came a long way's since to 80's (it's called progress)
'98 F-150 crew cab. 110,000 miles and running strong. AC is messed up, but I only drive it one day outta 10 anymore. Thank god for year round bike riding
Got the 2002. 5.4 supercharger. Awesome truck but I wouldn't of spent more than I did. 24,000. New, but sat on the lot for about a year or so. Specialty vehicle in a small town, the dealer just couldn't move it. Quick as heck, but I,m in MI. and miss 4WD. Oh yeh, 13 m.p.g. Glad I only work 5 miles from home.
