i hate to break it to you, but if you are out in public, you have no reasonable expectation of privacy. you can be billy badass if you want and break the guys camera and face, but he can then get you for assault.
think of it this way, this time you saw the guy taking your picture. what about the other 99 times?
the right to take pictures proved that one cop who rushed that motorcyclist without identifying himself was in the wrong.
think about that the next time you wanna shove a camera up someone's ***.
I love how people's opinions will change depending on the circumstances.
You do not take pictures of 1%ers without asking. Period.
Um, so he was supposed to do what? Run out into the street and flag you down and say "Oh, Mr. Badass Biker Dude, Can I please take your picture?" Would that have been better? Then, you would have been on here bitchin about some dork who ran out in the street,,,,,, well, you get the idea.
BTW, I take pictures in public of whoever and whatever I f'n want because some real badasses are over in the sandbox right now getting shot at so I can be free to do what I want without anyone "telling" me I can't. Just sayin.
I'm sure the tourist or whomever it was taking the picture was schooled in 1%'er etiquette and took the picture anyway. That's like some schmo from the country heading into the city and unknowlingly wore the wrong gang colors in the wrong 'hood. How the frack was he supposed to know? Geezus, he probably thought Son's of Anarchy was filming an episode or something.
Can you actually make that statement with a straight face? Sounds like someone needs to grow up.
I have a nice looking motorcycle, I bet at least 50 people took a picture of it, last weekend, at a bike rally.
I have a boat and a hot wife that wears a thong bikini, I bet 100 people take a picture of my boat every summer.
