That's pretty much what happened. I remember as she was talking she suddenly screamed as it hit the bedroom window on one of it's passes. It finally flew into the bathroom and perched on top of the shower stall. I told her to kill the light and close the door till I got home. I figured hawk poop would be easier to clean of the tile the the carpet.LOL And since I brought the bird in I knew who would be cleaning up after it.

It was surprisingly calm once it was in the house that night, I have teenage kids who were able to pet it and check it out up close while it just sat on my arm unrestrained, pretty cool.

Looks damn close, what sort of bird is that?
I'm no bird guy but I think it's a red tailed hawk. What ever it is they have become pretty common where I live.
