You know some of us could be Yankee fans and still agree that this kid is better off thinking that all HD riders are thugs. Daughter is 21 and anything that I can get on my side to protect her, I would use.

I've worn one of my mc club shirts to the grocery store. people move out of my way. one elderly gent got in line behind me once and when he spotted the shirt, he got into a longer line

I raise my daughters to think for themselves when it comes to picking friends, including boyfriends. I won't always be around to protect them so they have to learn to judge for themselves now. Unless a guy is abusing them, I say nothing. I treat all of their friends with respect and never suggest that I would ever do anyone harm. So far it has worked well.
My 18 Year old was dating a guy who didn't work and was very negative about her education and most likely her family and other friends. It was annoying for a few months but the wife & I said NOTHING. She kicked him to the curb and realized he was manipulating her. WIN.

My daughter was having a BBQ and her kids invited some of their friends too. The grandkids called to make sure my wife and I were going to ride the bikes over. Their friends did not believe they had grandparents that rode Harleys.
Does this mean they really wanted to see the grandthug and the thug he married?
