My wife blew a tire last summer (leaking, then popped loose from the rim in a curve). A local indy guy was eating at the same intersection, so he took us over to his shop and put on a Metzler for $175, labor included. Pretty good deal, especially for labor on a rear tire.

Try pricing the D409 for the rear of the Touring Bikes.....
The only part of my $320.00 screwing that did'nt hurt was it took them 45 miniutes to change it...

I had both tires on my '96 cop bike replaced for around $425. And some said i paid too much, but the dealer wanted close to $600 to do the same job. The tires are black wall Dunlaps with Harley Davidson written on them. Unless i was stranded some place with out a choice,I'd never use a dealer for tires.,,
