That sucks. My son is a Paramedic. My wife used to be an ER RN, and the Docs, RNs and Paramedics, and EMTs are all great people. What a waste. I have been guilty of driving tired in the past. I pull over and take a nap now when needed. Hope you heal as much as possible over this senseless loss. Merle RIP.

if there are any riders in the area and would like to escort a fallen brother to his final resting place the funeral is Thursday at 11:00 all bikes need to be there by 10:30 to line up, the location is Tungsten Mine Baptist Church if you go up hwy 15 North from Oxford to Bullock take a right at the intersection go about 5 miles there will be a road to your left which is Tungsten Mine Rd there is a sign for the church at that road. He will be buried with full Fireman Honors and his wife wants as many bikes as possible to escort the Fire Truck carrying his body to show support of one of the things he loved to do.....if any of you want to meet me in Oxford at the Shell station on the outer loop at Hwy 15 North @ 10:00 we can ride together....thanks

Hate hearing these but if you ride something like this will touch everyones life at some point . My best to his family and those who called him friend I've buried more than a few over the years and it never gets any better .
