warpped Rocker Covers

lets see, dude takes his bike in for an oil leak. shop determines that rocker covers are warped so they replace and fix his bike. it no longer leaks (presumably), but guy wants to take mechanic to court......
no good deed goes unpunished.... btw, i'm sure that a large chunk of that $500 is for labor, which you would have had to pay whether or not they used new or old rocker box covers.
