Not to disagree, a lot of businesses are avoiding the intern'l markets (??? - bad economy - ???) but H-D has not cared about their customers for many years now, H-D relies on new customers and the "Power" of their name. Customer Service is not in the H-D Manual/Language any more, that includes English as well as any other language!

You can probably still get most of the parts you need from Ebay.
MoCo has sent out advisories to all dealers that Dec 2011 no more eBay sales of parts and accessories! Only discontinued items or used items may be sold.
Someone may want to verify this, as I was recently told this by one of the top dealer/seller of HD products on eBay. They can only sell online through their website, offer discounts and free shipping to entice customers.
I must spend too much time and $$$ on eBay to know this!
