Nevada Gas
Hey we are planning a big loop from home in Utah to San Fransisco, up the coast to Crater lake and back home. We are a little worried about the trip through NV, it looks like highway 50 would be more entertaining then the I-80. Anybody familiar with the gas situation along that road? The last thing I want to be is out of gas on the "loneliest road in America." I assume we would be okay but wanted to check with someone who had ridden it. Two of us will be on Dyna's and one will be on a softail.
Just talking to a friend that lives in Ely, he says there are some long and lonely and stretches, but there is notice to let ya know! HAve a great trip - thinking of making it from my end later this year.
