Mary Ann is an obvious choice, but "Lovey" was not without her charms. Did you know she was super old when she was acting in that role? A lot of times they kind of play up things, like old age, or youth, but with her, she really was old. You want to talk perverts, it's Jim Backus, says I. Oh, yeah, Ginger was apparently a worthless beach, in real life.

I wish I had the ***** to ride a bike the same color as that pink suit. Alas, I am not masculine enough.
On a totally different note, I don't see why there is so much hatred for this thread. Would you guys rather it be about "I'm new to the forum and can't decide who I should wave to; where should I put the gas cap when refueling; why do people wear vests; what is a doo rag; I'm a puss for wearing gear" thread?
Thanks guys! I don't think you can beat pie, but my wifes rhubarb crunch comes real close. This thread is interesting isn't it? Anyway, good day the both of you above.
I forgot the "Lovey" thing. Maybe I'll start calling my wife that and see how that goes over?
I had read that somewhere about Ginger, what was her real name, Tina Louise? Diva for sure. Saw gilligan on a show not all that long ago, still looked the damn same, older, duh, but still just like that, still wearing the red shirt and that hat.

I hate rhubarb! As far as I am concerned it's red celery and the only reason someone put it in a pie was because it was red and they didn't have strawberries. I suppose it's edible if you put enough sugar on it, but what isn't?
Now ir you put conchos on the rhubarb, that would be a good look!
Mary Ann's arrest photo from a few years back. I smiled a little when I first heard this. The librarian look was deceiving afterall.
A surprise birthday party for Dawn Wells, the actress who played Mary Ann on "Gilligan's Island," ended with a nearly three-hour tour of the Teton County sheriff's office and jail when the 69-year-old was caught with marijuana in her vehicle while driving home.
