Ask your friendly local LEO. In Texas we call it "land splitting". Not legal here yet but we are working on it.

"Lanesplitting" is what it is sometimes called......
I Google'd it, and found that is is illegal in every state except for California.
I used to live in Ca, and did it a few times, but it can be very dangerous.
A bagger is a little too large to lanesplit comfortably.

In NYC we call it white line and its illegal here.

I know "lane splitting" is definetly illegal in FL, I see crotch rockets doing it all the time anyway, I don't think it's such a good idea myself.
