I like Tassles on t*ts too, and leather streamers on my grips, I like my bike to be my individual idea not like the next riders bike parked next to me.
What would be the reason for baning them? Start banning tassels then next it will be ape hanger that's what it is all about fixing your bike up the way YOU want it to look.
