I guess you missed checking the local dealer 1st part of the post. I also like the suggestion to buy a new Harley as a route for getting a free shirt.

As for $28 - it's 2011. That's not that high compared to concert shirts, etc. - heck, home silk screeners are selling 2-color shirts on Ebay for about that much or more, these days. If I go to Musician's Friend to buy a t-shirt from my favorite guitar or drume manufacturer, it's going to cost me $26 PLUS shipping.

If it's got the H-D logo on it, it's expensive.

This is just a fact of life

Harley World in Oklahoma City charges $35 for their t shirts. I thought $25 around here was bad.

I always thought I was right on the cusp of being lower middle class poor, living on a fixed pension.... but damn, I wear what I want to and never cry about $28 for a shirt. and I would never go out in public whining about what a shirt cost.

suck it up or shut up.

Supply and demand. People must be paying it or they wouldn't charge that much. I don't think it's cheap to not pay that, I wouldn't.

Nope - the Swede is correct. It's just a T-Shirt. It's not hand made, it's not Italian, it's not made of the finest silk. It's a t-shirt that likely cost, what?... $3 to manufacture?

Only a moron would pay $28 for that.

Shirts have been selling for between $15-$20 since I was an 8 year old kid, depending on the quality $28 isn't unreasonable for a T-Shirt from a retail store.
