Rod Manning from Oregon, sitting with his wife at a Starbucks in the hotel lobby in a sleeveless Harley-Davidson shirt, bemoaned the violence.

The media is a business and the product is the article. They take a true story and add drama to it to spice things up a bit. Trust me, ABC World News Tonight would be off the air tomorrow if it failed to bring in money. Sucks, but that is how it is. 95% facts with 5% drama.
Know what REALLY doitches me off? When there is a bike accident, and they always feel it's necessary to mention the biker wasn't wearing a helmet. Here's the reason for this:
The LSOS media is run by liberals, and liberals don't like to see people enjoying freedom & liberty, so they hope by mentioning the "helmet" thing, it might push for more helmet laws;ie. less freedoms for us. They can kiss my rosebud!
"The shootings appeared to cap a spate of fatal incidents this month in normally quiet northern Nevada, where a gunman with a history of mental illness opened fire at a pancake house in Carson City...."
First pancakes & now beards & leather. Why are there not more laws?

Gotta love how the media "front loads" their stories to grab attn...guess it wouldn't be as interesting if they started with "Helmet wearing, clean shaven, quiet-piped bikers..."
That's a familiar story. Why do those guys always shoot it out in a casino - the place with more security cameras recording every thing than anywhere else on earth?
At least now Gangland can replace that footage of the Mongols/Hells Angels shootout with the Vagos/Hells Angels shootout.
