OK, I'll ask. What's:
- RUB (from the context in which I've seen it used, I'm guessing I am one!)

RUB = Rich Urban Biker.
PCIII = Powercommander Fuel Injection Module
Do search ( in the menu at the top of the page) and you'll find lots of posts on both.
