Default Cruise Control

Isn't cruise control suppose to shut off when you hit the front or rear brake? It shuts off when I roll the throttle forward and if I pull the clutch in. I hit the brakes and the bike kept accelerating.

You have something wrong there. Mine will go off when I hit the clutch, front brake, rear brake or roll the throttle foward. If yours doesn't release when the brakes are applied, I'd get it looked at. Seems unsafe to me.

dumb question but do your brake lights work? when you use the front or rear levers?
did it all of a sudden stop working?
i would check the connections first.

Yes. Definitely get it looked at. Clutch, or either brake should get it to disengage. Have you looked to see off your brake lights come on? Also is it with either brake or just one that it will not disengage?

It won't disengage when front or rear brake is applied.

The HD cruise control on my Road King definitely disengages when the brakes are engaged. Unless you have some aftermarket cruise control I'd say something is wrong. Also sounds like a safety issue.
