Nah, it's really not that bad, because we are known for being easy to deal with if things aren't right. You just return it and we refund your payment. But those situations only happen when it comes to custom stuff. All the holsters that we offer on our website have been sold for years, and we had the chance to get the bugs out.

If we don't list a holster for a specific gun on our website, that's because we don't have the mold for it, or the mold is not available yet. That's when Larry puts his tin foil hat on and tries to come up with something that might work. Most of the time it works, but sometimes if doesn't. That's the risk we take, but we know we have tried. If it doesn't fit, send it back.

But even the items that have been proven to work...if you don't like what you get in the mail for whatever reason, just send it back right away, and we'll refund your payment including the cost to ship it back.

So after all, it might not be that risky to buy a holster off the internet.
But thanks for bringing it up. This gave me the chance to explain how we do business.

Isabel

Very fast shipping.

I ordered the leather cup holder which appears to be very welll made. Although it doesn't really work well with my handlebar setup (neither did the HD one), it will probably end up being a holiday present for another fellow local rider without bars like mine.

Ditto. That is a good one, along with the forum name.

Yes, please give us a holler. We're not going anywhere. You're more than welcome to come by.

Please give me a call at 931-653-4117. If the cup holder doesn't work so well, we have a few tricks up our sleeves that we have learned during rallies when we mounted them on.

And about my forum name...well, the Queens of the Road came up with it. I wanted something that could easily be associated to Captain Itch...it went down hill from there...

As an update, I decided to mount the cup holder on the frame. It still has some swivel. Anyway, here's a photo of it with a slightly taller than normal bottle of water in the coolie though I have yet to try it with one of those larger fountain drink cups. Hope your holidays are going well. The weather here has been great for riding.

I've made more than one purchase from the Cap'n... never been disappointed. Great quality American products, and Isabel & Larry are stand-up folks. Other businesses could learn a thing or two.

Had my belt now for about 2 week. This thing is built like a tank.

Thanks Captain Itch

I can't say enough good things about Cpt Itch and Isabel...I purchased several things from them and have never been disappointed in any of them...I have the crotch cooler with blue stones, and they matched my crash guards to it and I had my saddle bags blinged out to match everything also....Oh I forgot I have the cup holder too with the blue stones...they are so easy to work with and couldn't ask for a better company to buy from!

Just wanted to put my two cents in...I recommend them to all my friends!

Thanks again!!!
