Thank You Sacramento Harley...
My Fat Boy came with some custom controls that never really worked out. Here it is 10 months after buying the bike and when I explained the situation, even though they had worked on the same problem before and I had signed off on it, they checked the bike again and replaced the controls with proper Harley parts -- in chrome. There was four hours labor probably as well as the new $$$ parts.
They didn't have to do this. But they did -- free of charge and washed the bike and checked it out while it was there. They stood behind a used bike they sold and did it with a smile and great attitude.
I'm not much into this misty stuff, but a good dealer can make all the difference in the riding experience. And Sacramento Harley came through in spades. That beats the local Suzuki dealer (I also have a Hayabusa), not to mention a few other H-D dealers I've dealt with over the years.
Thanks guys, The service guys can expect a mess of pop and some adult beverages on your door step real quick.
Bike shifts like a dream and looks great... :- )
