Ledger for certain. Nicholson did a great job and really had the sick humor side of the character down pat but Ledger actually made the Joker seem funny but at the same time increadibly frightening and psychotic.

I'm a huge Batman fan, I even have a small collection of stuff here at the house.I would never wear something like that though.
