Trying to paint. The weather is too humid right now. Yes there is quite a problem getting the screws to do right, having to drill out most screw holes. All the screws are in one package and it hard to get the right one because they are all so small. Its a challenge and lots of fun.
my wife made that easy for me, she separated all the screws into small clear plastic containers and labeled them.

I had originaly wanted to build the kit just like my ride, but I had over 50 inprogress kits and decided to just slap it together over the holidays working on the coffee table. After seeing yours I just may rebuild it like my glide. I am about 80% of the way thru it. Only bugaboo I am at now is there is no attachment points on the hand controls for any of the cabling.
Coming along. Close to the end. Good cold weather project.
that's about where I'm at now, hope to finish up this weekend, I have another one to build that I purchased from another member, hard part is trying to find a decent display case for these...

Here's the display case that I have for my Testors FLHR;
took a few days break, then got back to it with some more done, also was able to get some LED lighting ready to go, passing lights will be getting clear 3mm bulbs as well as the rear brake/tailight only red, 1.8mm amber bulbs for the rear pancake run/turn signals(non flashing), I'd be running the wiring internally into the frame but it is solid diecast, but routing will be well hidden except for the final heat shrink tubing for casing to plug into a off/on switch and DC power adapter.
