So I'm at the hospital right now with my wife and our two day old son Our first little bundle of joy.
One of the doctors taking care of them made a Harley analogy about the baby's health (something about how the baby not only wants to ride a Harley but wants to do so without a helmet). I figured that my wife must have told him I owned a Harley, but I was mistaken. The nurse in the room thought that the Dr. must have heard she owns a Harley and loves to ride, but she was mistaken. This Dr. owns his own Harley and loves it. Turned out three of the four of us in the room were Harley owners and enthusiasts. I thought it was cool and interesting that you never can tell by looks who is a motorcycle fan and we is not.
Nice story! Enjoy the new addition. Turns out, not only are they are cuddly and emotional and all that stuff, but they can also turn out to be a lot of fun. This, of course, does not negate all the work and PITA entailed. But, it is still fun.
Funny isn't it? The last lawyer I had the misfortune of needing had one. After I found that out I saw her cruising around town a few months later. On a Fatboy at that! She didn't look like that the last time I seen her! Lol! anyway, congratulations to you and your wife with your new son!
