Wondering if anyone here knew of suggestions of similar trikes, but with some form of a cargo area for the wheelchair? Or maybe a trike he can just roll his wheelchair right onto it, and lock into place?

or any other options? Thank you.
I sometimes ride with a guy who rides a Harley trike and takes his wheelchair along. He has it mounted on the back somehow - never paid much attention. Just figure out where to put it on the trike - anything can be done.

Here's a pic of a rig I saw a couple years ago, guy had no use of his legs. Everything was hand control, his wheelchair had quick release wheel, no frills and folded up small. He hoisted himself into the seat, took the chair apart and put it in the rear compartment, The reverse when got to where he was going. Had a lady with him who let him do his thing. He needed no help and refused any offer. Your friend should look into a chair like that and then the bike to accomodate both.

Really cool to see them riding!!!
