I ordered the 09 CVO RG front fender for my 07 SG. Had it painted but am to lazy to have installed it until now... Just got to find the chrome brackets that I have hiden on myself..

hogwash is that how the actual cvo fender comes like in your pic or is that a lowering kit added to that fender? and if so who makes it? and how much?

It's an 09 CVO RG fender... The bracket mounts on the fender are from the factory....You'll need Front Fender Support PN#60349-09...

I dont like the fitment with the 16" tie/wheel combo... Looks like 19 is in the future for me....
