Why wait 'till you break down, suck on it every 100 miles or so. Of course your tires will eventually go flat but by then you won't give a ****!

I put water in my rear tire, just like on Grandpa's tractor. I get better grip that way.

Hydrogen would give you better gas mileage. It helps fight gravity and you weigh less riding down the road.
Helium helps to a lesser extent

Hydrogen might have your wheels looking more like the Hindenburg. The only small advantage to nitrogen is better tire pressure stability. For racing applications this is important. For daily road use it would be impractical. Helium would offer no real benefit.

Check your tire pressure regularly and keep your pressure within spec.

The definitive answer about the best gas to use in your tires is a blended product.

Nitrogen 78.084%
Oxygen 20.9476%
Argon 0.934%
Carbon Dioxide 0.0314%
Neon 0.001818%
Methane 0.0002%
Helium 0.000524%
Krypton 0.000114%
Hydrogen 0.00005%
Xenon 0.0000087%

You may be able to find this product marketed at greatly reduce prices labeled as AIR. (note: do not leave the krypton out of the blend or your tires will no longer be impervious to road hazards)

I have those. They're called "Snoozin' Eagles".

So yeah. Tires. Actually tyres.

Wait, what?
