i want to put new bars on my 2000 softail deuce that has the drag bars on it i noticed the wires run inside the bars what do i have to do. I guess i will run them on the outside of the new bars.My question is do i have to buy new wires?
Run them inside, it's not very hard especially if you don't need to extend them.
All you have to do is remove the pins from the housing using a paper clip, run them through the bars and put the pins back into the house (draw a diagram before removing the wires).
oh ok this is my first attempt at this didnt want to do it but the wife insist you know how that is. It was my first bike just give it to her and bought me an old man bike street glide.
