Iim in Phoenix at the moment and a couple hours ago rode to my brothers house from my moms, about 6 miles. I was FROZE by the time I got there. My fingers and ears were numb! My days of being a tough guy from Minnesota are OVER!!
Burrrrrr. It sure is cold here in Kingman, AZ. Had skim-ice in the dogs' dish a couple of days ago in themorning and so cold I had to wear a vest along with a long-sleeved t-shirt while working in the yard. Yesterdaymorning, we had some snow flakes on the step to the patio I'm building. Looking forward to next week when it is supposed to get back to the upper 50s/lower 60s.Winter just startedandwe are ready for spring
Aaaaaaah, storm has passed; I'll be out riding this afternoonwith tempsin the mid 40s It is supposed to get up to 60 in Bagdad (Arizona) and that's a nice day ride from here.
Well it warmed up today to around 60 and I got a short ride in. Sounds like 70's rest of the week thankfully. But tonite after we did the whole christmas dinner-open presents thing I got some HD goodies. Anyway, its me, my brother, and a buddy of mine from Scottsdale as well. We decide to go throw on my new windshield for the RK and the HD gear shifter pegs. Long story short, its about 9pm or so and we get done my brother says "go ride it and make sure the pegs feel good". I throw on my jacket and helmet and let me tell you it was freezing. I took a 2 minute ride and came straight home. Now its 1am and my buddywasjustleaving so we are out waiting for his car to warm up and DEFROST his windows!!! Now heres the worst part, we are all from Minnesota!!!!!!! Man you move to AZ and you totally become pu**ies!!!!!!!!
That said we are all riding tomorrow and god bless the 70's!!!!!!!!!
