Eight....1 FXR,2 Dyna's,2 sportsters,1 Heritage,1 Electra Glide and 1 Fat Boy! Heritage was my favorite but the Fat Boy is a very close second! I haven't had it long enough for it to be my favorite yet!
10 other bikes of various makes!
5 so far but I tend to keep things I like for a long time . Sig bike 30 yrs now one before her and 3 more that have come & gone . Working on #6 just don't know what I'm going to build yet .
12 HD's, if you include the bastard children (Aermacchi's).
3 sprints, one shortster and one RK Custom in the barn now, along
with 4 non harleys....Honda's, if the mini's count, one GL1000.
that's about it for now.
4. 883C Sportster, 2 Softail Standards and my Heritage Classic. When I sold the first FXST, I missed having it so I bought another one when I could afford a second bike.
5-
37 knuckle(project,no motor)
69 xlch chopper
72 electraglide
64 xlch
01 EGC.. the others were cool to look at and occasionally ride, but the o1 is by far my favorite for daily riding. it is the only HD i still have
Seven in the garage. 07 FXSTC, 08 Buell Ulysses, 09 XR1200, 10 Superglide, 10 Ultra, 12 V-Rod Night Rod Special and a 12 Road Glide Custom.
I started out wanting to have one of each family. When I achieved that last fall I decided to have a couple in each family. Started with touring and added the Road Glide to go along with the Ultra and the Ulysses XB12XT adventure touring.
My goal is to add a XL1200R the next time they offer it to go with the XTR1200. A Road King to finish the touring collection and a Street Bob when they add the 103 standard.
This is a poor picture but this is how they spent the winter and I have not pulled any out yet.
They get ridden sa I put 18 to 29K/year between them.
I had thirty other bikes over the years. All were various metrics except for a Norton. When I got the Softail in August 06 that was the beginning of the end of metrics for me. Also, I now keep all the bikes that I get. It will be up to my sons as to do whatever they want.
