Default Quick release
Does anyone make a quick release mount for a tour pack that is cantilevered to mount on the quick release back rest posts for an FLHT

uh, what?

not sure what you're looking for. the tourpak and the backrest use the same mounting points, obviously, not at the same time....

Default Quick release
The back rest uick release post are further forward than the luggage rack
posts which the regular hd tour pak quick release fit on. I have a trike kit
on my FLHT which doesn't allow the mount to fit that far back.

Ive seen threads/posts on here about them. If I remember right there were problems with the mounts breaking because there was too much weight on the rear mount.
