supposed to be in the 80's here in NH for the next couple of days!
That's unreal in march, early spring, here we come!!
Got in a couple of rides already, and rode with my son for the first time ever!
He picked up a little Kymco scooter last year, but I could't get him to ride with me.
Say's "Dad, I'm not riding with a harley" I said WTF., who cares, lets just ride.
I figured a scooter good for 40 maybe 45 tops, he passed me on this thing going 65!!
Anyway, even though it was a short ride, to ride with my son for the first time felt great! He is 27, and although I tried to get him into a bike early, he said he wasn't ready, probably a good thing that he knows his limitations, cause he can be a bit crazy.
As soon as we came back, he says to me, "Dad, I think I need a bigger bike"
I was all smiles, saying "That's my boy, you make me proud" :-)
It was 80 here in wisconsin. Just got the bike out of storage what a great day. If this is global warming, I say not that bad. Riding in march works for me.
Yeah its been great, I have put 380 miles on bike since last week Monday. It's crazy weather this week in the 80's in upstate NY. If I wasn't on call this week for work I would probably have twice as many miles racked up so far.
Yes weather has been great in N.Y.Had no winter to really complain about. Also nice to see there are more N.Y.,CONN.,MASS.AND JERSEY members posting these days. For awhile was kinda feeling lonely on here.
I went for a 70 mile or so ride today by myself with a grin on my face just thinking what a great thing it is to be going down the road in March with 60 degree weather.. It was great
Amen - I am about 50 miles north of you and this is an unbelievable March. Last weekend felt like summer and this coming up weekend will still get into the 60s. I can't wait.
