Thumbs down Jafrum

I'm starting to get irritated here. I ordered chaps quite some time ago received them. Put them on they were too big and a belt loop broke. No biggy woulda kept them if they fit anyway. But they didn't so I sent them back as a return/defect. Well apparently defect processing takes 18 years.

I called them twice now once I just hung up because I sat on the support line with no answer for over 15 minutes. The next time I talked to someone and they said since I put them threw as a defect it would take longer. They received them 2/24/12.

March 9th I got an email saying they were still processing them or some crap. I replied and said that they received them on 2/24/12 and I still havent heard word. She replied back and said they would put my order in as rush processing.

This was on 3/9/12 I haven't heard anything back since. I can't even give them a negative review on their site (of course). Any ideas?

I just sent a helmet back to them last week and have been waiting on some type of response. I hope it doesn't go like this for me. I know on there site is says returns take up to 14 days to process. Other than that they were really fast shipping and I love the leather jacket I got from them in the same order. Please keep us posted on what transpires with this.

Did you get a R M A number from them before you sent them back?

I'm a bit surprised and sorry to hear this. I bought both my leather jacket and chaps from them on seperate orders.. They both came within a week. The chaps fit fine but the jacket needed to be exchanged for a larger size which was handled in about 10 days with no charge. When I got the new jacket, the first time I wore it I broke one of the zippers on the sleeve. I called and they told me to send it back for an exchange. I did and got another jacket within about 2 weeks, no charge. BTW they look exactly like my partners HD branded stuff but are made in Pakistan not China. Maybe they're suffering from "growing pains". They must be doing a large volume of business now based upon their prices. Be a bit more patient...they are a good company and will take care of you. For faster service go to your local HD dealer and pay about 3 times the price!

Like Wraplock, I've had good experiences with Jafrum in the past. Haven't dealt with them in a couple years though. Good luck, hopefully this is a one-time bad experience. Let us know how it turns out!!!

Well hopefully it works, and they seemed understaffed when I called. I guess I'll shoot them another email. Sucks because there was other stuff I was looking to get but I'm of the opinion if your service sucks I'll spend my money elsewhere.

I've had nothing but good service from Jafrum, and it's usually the first place I look when wanting or needing something.

They may be having some issues with the supplier. Have some patience. It's almost jeans and t-shirt weather anyway.
