Just for arguments sake, did it look something like this?
1909 was the first year Harley-Davidson released more than one model, adding its first twin-cylinder engine. However, the first twins were recalled, so single-cylinder bikes like the Model 5 remained the mainstays.
Pricing 1909
Model 5 - 30ci (500cc) single, 28in wheels, battery ignition Price $210 Model 5A - 30ci F-head single, 28in wheels, magneto Price $250 Model 5B - 30ci F-head single, 26in wheels, battery ignition Price $210 Model 5C - 30ci F-head single, 26in wheels, magneto Price $250 Model 5D - 50ci (819cc) F-head V-twin, magnet Price $325

The color of the bike is black. I did not have a lot of time to look at the bike i think my tear's were clouding my vision. but the condition of the bike looked vary good to me can't realy tell you the last time it ran . the leather on the seat is missing . if there was any on it. the fuel tank look's to have no dents that i could see. the single cylinder engine look's to be intact. the wheel's are orininal spoked rims as far as that I have about a week to work out there.

The engine is a single cylinder. did not get any numbers off the bike but the owner of the bike is the grand father of the person that working for so the bike has never been sold.
Reads a lot like the replies you get from bogus ebay auctions.

Why would you get pricing for a guy that you don't even know if he'll sell?
Just for reference, this is what everyone is expecting you to provide. This is a 52 (from what I was told) pan sitting in a barn about 30 minutes from my house, it has been right there since around 1961. It is a one owner bike that is not for sale but it is real and it is in a barn.

ackman!!!!!! you are killing me. That there is one sweet looking machine.
Just curious...why still in the barn? That screams give me fuel, give me oil, I need to see the light of day again.
Man would I love to get my hands on something like that.
You sure about it being a 52 though. Looks pretty much stock, Tank emblems are from 47-50. Obviously not a knuckle (1947). Not a 48 (springer) so that would leave 49-50.
Course tanks could have been changed out at one time.
And I am no paint expert but does not look like 49 paint color, 50/51 offered metallic green, 52 was tropical green.
Guess best way to be sure would be a vin inspection.
Very nice......
