Congrats, my wife loves her 2011 Convertable. 2 items she complained, the speaker/sound was hard to hear when riding. she does have a stage 1 and V&H slip-ons. I put in a small headphone amp it sounds is great, check cvo forum for item.

Next is windshield. I will be ordering from http://www.ceebaileys.com/harley/cvo...l_conv_ws.html
From what I have read, it has gotten really good reviews.

What color did you get and looking forward to some Pics

When you have a passenger you should firm up the shocks.
Before you take delivery of the bike, ask them to brake the retention nuts loose on the shocks and then just snug them tight or they will be a SOB to brake loose the first time.

For some unknown reason to me, HD sends out the Softails with the retention nuts on the shocks loctited in place.
I picked up a spanner wrench, for $5, from the dealer and cut the handle down on a 1-1/8' open end wrench so I had clearance to adjust the shocks, when the bike was on the jiffy stand.

If it was me, before you take delivery, I would ask the dealer to adjust the shocks, while it was on their lift, so you got a good idea how it is done.
The vast majority of Softail owner's never bother to adjust their shocks, for different pay loads, primarily because they don't know how. Most dealerships never bring up the subject of adjusting the shocks when you buy a Softail.

Yes. Be careful to keep bugs out of your teeth because you'll be smiling a lot as you ride down the road.
