The only thing that saddens me about this thread is that you have to even ask if it's okay to wear what you want to wear and have earned the right to wear.
i respectfully disagree. just as the OP has earned the right to wear his jacket so have the 1% ers and other clubs. he was respectful . just my 2 cents.

I Thank you for your service,,,you can wear your set up,,with no problem.
I think I'm going to make up a vest with a territory and "mc" on it and wear it.
I can wear whatever the F@%*K I want,,let the "toughguys" say something to me,,I hope they do
I am an American veteran as well and I will wear whatever I want,,wherever I want,,,
I brought this up because I was reading online that some vet's were getting **** from other MC's and did some research and found that its not good biker ettiquette to have the three patch set up. Also it seemed that the guy's that were getting **** were wearing vest's did'nt know if that had anything to do with it? I WISH NO DISRESPECT to any MC just proud and want to show MY colors!
I GUESS AT THE END OF THE DAY I BELONG TO THE BIGGEST BADDEST GANG IN THE WORLD.......HOOAH!!!
OH YAA!!!! No F%$%$%! doubt about it!!!
Thanks to you and all service members AND their families.
You should wear it proudly, as you have earned it and have the right to wear it or whatever you choose.
Thank you and to others who have or are currently serving....much respect to you.
Not sure why everyone is worried about the MC patch....the local HA doesn't own that. From speaking with some, the 'location' patch would be the only patch to worry about.

The reason the vet clubs have no issues with the dominant clubs in their area is mainly due to respect. There is a protocol to be followed when starting any club in a new area.
For those who think they can wear whatever, wherever they want, you may be the toughest guy around but gettin surrounded by 10 or more 1%ers usually knocks the cocky out of em pretty quick. You disrespect them like that they WILL come after you. That being said, to the OP, nobody will hassle you. For one, there is no MC patch. For two, nobody messes with the vet clubs. They are generally respected by all. Thanks for your service and enjoy the ride
