Well, glad you're a tough guy over a computer. You're GRAMMAR is that of a 5th grader and you just proved my point in one sentence that you wrote. Here let me help you! Storys? Not so much, it is STORIES. I took the liberty of fixing that for you so you can at least look smart while you try to act tough. As for reading closer, it seems we all read that the same way. I find it to be the story tellers fault, not ours.

Yeah, he sure told me!!

So you took it in, they looked at it and found the problem. They gave you an estimate you didn't like so you got mad? Could have easily said "no thank you, I'll take it elsewhere". Simple as that. It sounds like you knowingly bought a neglected bike expecting it to be relatively problem-free. I see it all the time where I work. FWIW, I don't do repairs the way customers tell me to. I don't care if their fathers brothers son designed the transmission, I refuse to do it their way for one simple reason; Liability.

Wow, dude. You got 21 whole posts and your telling people to " F " off already? Way to make friends.BTW, if your mechanical skills are anything like your spelling\grammar skills, you'd better stay far away from that 883, and let your dad handle it. Let him read your posts on here and see if he's still "proud of you".

It is. the whole point of the story was it was a story! we all know there are shady dealerships out there and i'm sure we all experienced it of some sorts at some point. Dealerships have to make money I get this but when your claiming 8 hrs of work to change a lifter block gasket. Times are tough and there's probaly not a huge market for purchasing new bikes or acessories these day, got to make there money somewhere and what a better time right before the peak of our riding season when (like me) they just want it fixed so we can ride. Bike still needs to and will be fixed but not at what there claiming 8 hrs x $75 hr shop laborer + parts

If making friends is by attacking someone just on their spelling or something stupid I don't need them to be friends. BTW he would do the same. Have a nice day

Wow, how impressive you can correctly spell cuss words. It's not very impressive for spelling to be honest. I too call it like I see it and from the looks of it. You did not do well in spelling/English class. Oh, and I fixed that one for you too.
