Default back fireing? help!!
Hi all thanks for all the help so far in the building of my evo!!! Ok so the motor is together and in bike...upon cranking over it backfires out of #1 and won't start....where do I start to look for the prob? I'm going to put 1 on comp stroke at TDC and look for timing mark if that's ok do I do the same for #2 cyl? If so what next....

Did you upgrade to single fire ignition? Maybe the wires are backwards
