Street Glide light bar?

Street Glide light bar?
For you guys that have seen the Street Glide in person.
Are these horizontal lines on the bottom of the fender transparent with LED lights behind them? I’ve been hearing different things about LED’s and a lower light bar. I understand that there is a string of LED’s just over the license plate but I’ve also heard something about a lower fender light bar.

From what I could tell, the license plate does not have LED's, but there are three rows (i think) at the very bottom of the fender which contain LED's. The bike is nice, wish it had the spot lamps.
